Your Annual Fund support has truly made a difference
in the lives of our community by providing:
- Vital access to nearly 1,000 hours of healing therapy at our Counseling Center
- Afterschool care, summer camps and expanded recreation opportunities to families living in an unincorporated and under-resourced neighborhood in Willowbrook
- Quality hands-on learning experiences through our LyArts program
- More than $30,000 expended from the Jordan Crist Scholarship Fund so families can participate in our recreational and educational offerings like Jodie Harrison Basketball and the Before & After the Bell programs
- Facility improvements, emerging technology, and updated equipment
The Annual Fund is the anchor of The Community House’s fundraising efforts. These donations allow us to provide the most valuable programs and equitable access to vital social services at reasonable prices and makes a genuine difference in the lives of those with whom we work.

In fact, more than a third of our annual revenue comes from donations and because we do not receive tax support, those donations are the only reason our doors remain open to give you and your neighbors a great place to grow stronger in spirit, mind, and body.
