PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION!

The Community House invites you to play like a champion on August 19 at the 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament. Basketball players, ages 4th grade through 30+ are welcome to form teams and compete in friendly competition on our outdoor courts. Winning teams will receive Champion t-shirts and prizes!

COMPLETE THE TOURNAMENT WAIVER

Each team member will need to complete a waiver to play. Players may complete forms on tournament day, but a parent or legal guardian must be present for players under 18. Without a waiver on file, players will not be admitted to the tournament at check-in. One waiver does not cover an entire team entry; each player must complete a waiver.
Please email your completed waiver to kbednar@thecommunityhouse.org before August 14.

Team registration fee is $200 through August 1st and $225 starting August 2nd.

Registration CLOSES August 13th - NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 13th.

Teams are allowed a maximum of 4 players on each roster and players may only play on one team
Age divisions are based on the grade or age a player will be in the fall of 2023. If a team includes more than one grade level, the team must play in the more competitive age division. All team members must be listed at the time of team registration.
